Training Package Options for 30 Day GYM BASED WORKOUT PROGRAMS
Below you will find a tiered pricing structure for our current GYM BASED package offerings on the Fresh Fitness App. ​YOU WILL PURCHASE YOUR PLAN FROM THIS PAGE, HOWEVER YOUR WORKOUTS WILL SHOW UP UNDER THE PREMIUM WORKOUTS SECTION OF THE FRESH FITNESS APP. Please note, if you are doing the gym workouts we do use basic equipment at the gym such as dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, TRX and bands. For this program, make sure you have access to a gym that carries most equipment. In addition, we recommend getting a pack of mini bands and the slingshot band listed at the bottom of this page since many gyms get these items stolen so do not stock them. Scroll to the bottom of this page to see the bands that we recommend.

    This plan is perfect for anyone who needs the flexibility of staying at home for their workouts. Whether that means you are a mom, work from home or don't have access to a gym membership currently, this plan will still allow you to get in some killer workouts and results without stepping foot in a gym.

  2. Gym 30 Day Challenge
    Gym 30 Day Challenge
    This program is designed for a Fresh Babe who loves going to the gym, has a gym membership and who feels comfortable using gym equipment. Choose from 2 days a week, 3 days a week or 4 days a week of workouts that are 60 minutes long and include weights and HIIT cardio.

    You want this plan if you have a specific goal, injury or are training for something in particular. This plan is custom in every sense, even down to how many workouts a week we provide you with.

If you purchase any of the Fresh Fitness plans besides the bodyweight plan, we use a little bit of equipment to assist in muscle activation. For your convenience, we have listed the brands that we personally use when we program these workouts, however please note that these are not the only options. If you already have similar products to these, they will most likely be perfectly fine!
