"I love taking Jourdan and Sarah's HIIT class series. Since I started in February of 2016, I haven't missed one series. This is for so many reasons, but here are a few:
-I love that they constantly change up the format. No two classes are the same, and they are very conscientious about making sure that the right combinations of muscles get targeted between the classes
-They are results focused. They will measure you and do an InBody test on you before you start plus again at the end of each series

"Where can I even being with Jourdan! I met Jourdan in October of 2015. We originally had decided we wanted to do 10 training sessions to give it a try…. After about session #3 I was hooked! " At the risk of sounding overly dramatic, meeting Jourdan and Sarah is one of the best things to happen in my life in a long while. Three years ago, I had just turned 35, I was overweight, out of shape, and none of my "quick fixes" that had worked in the past were working for me anymore. "I met Jourdan randomly, when I agreed to do a double workout with one of my friends (who also trains with Jourdan) at Pura Vida. Having moved back to Denver only months before I was excited to get into new gyms and meet new people to workout with. Needless to say - after the first encounter with J, she blew my mind. Not only was she the hottest, most petite firecracker I'd ever met, but she was a bad ass and we immediately had an insane connection. We understood each other - which is probably why we work so well together when we train. 
I have always lead a healthy lifestyle - workouts, eating healthy, cutting, and dealing with a new dietary lifestyle with Celiac.  As an athlete all my life and a college/NBA dancer I always had to be in the best shape. "I love Fresh Fitness - that app works!  I've been skeptical of fitness apps in the past, but Fresh Fitness is unlike other apps out there.  You will get results from Fresh Fitness workouts!  The two daily workouts are always different and challenging.  The variety in workouts has changed my body for the better with weight loss, increased strength, and a more toned figure.  I like that you can do the workouts anywhere with minimal equipment needed.

"I have been training with Jourdan for over 2 1/2 years and it has been completely life-changing. When I first decided to do personal training I was getting back in shape after having mono. Originally I thought I would just do a few sessions, but I ended up enjoying them so much that I decided to continue. I have always been in good shape, but I get bored easily and need a lot of variety. This is why Jourdan is wonderful. She has expertise with so many different kinds of fitness that our sessions were always different and fun. I usually like to have a goal, and since I began training with Jourdan I have completed two Tough Mudders, a few Crossfit competitions, a few 5Ks, and a half marathon. I literally didn't train for the half marathon because my baseline level of fitness was so high from my sessions with Jourdan that I was able to just go and do it. I never thought that in my late thirties I would learn Olympic lifting or climb a rope, but those are just a few of the many different things that Jourdan incorporated into our sessions. After I had been training with Jourdan for a while I started to think of myself as an athlete, not just as someone who liked exercising, and that meant more to me than anything. I have had a lot of personal trainers over the years, and the thing that sets Jourdan apart is that she really listens to you and treats you as an individual. There are trainers out there who try to make all their clients follow the same diet, or who program one or two workouts a week and put all their clients through the exact same workouts. With Jourdan everything is completely personalized to you. For example, I was not interested in following any kind of diet or changing my appearance -- I like my pizza and ice cream, and I just wanted my workouts to be fun and challenging. Jourdan completely respected that and from the beginning we focused on learning new skills, improving my aerobic capacity, and building strength. Jourdan also thinks about your fitness in the context of your entire life, not just what you do in the gym. When I went through a bad period of insomnia Jourdan had suggestions for foods and natural supplements to help me sleep, as well as particular kinds of yoga classes that also helped. Another time I went through several months where I had to fly twice a week for work. Jourdan had ideas for stretches I could do to counteract all the sitting on planes, and she also recommend particular workouts from her Fresh Fitness app (which is a GREAT app, by the way) that were perfect for a small hotel gym. Even though I was focused on performance goals rather than appearance goals, the difference I saw in my body when I started training with Jourdan really was incredible. I completely refuse to diet or restrict anything I eat, so the entire change in my physique was due to working out with her twice a week. I didn't change anything else about my lifestyle. 

"I have been training with Jourdan for 2.5 years now. I started training with her to get in shape for my wedding. Over the course of 7 months, I went from 24% body fat down to 13% for my wedding. Throughout that time, Jourdan listened to me, knew which areas to target for my dress, and understood that I wanted to be lean but also fit and toned.  Jourdan’s workouts are the perfect mix of cardio, HITT, and strength.  Jourdan has made me love fitness. I train with her 2-3 days a week and have done her and Sarah’s Bikini Body program several times. The two of them are a perfect match and make the most amazing workouts! What Jourdan and Sarah come up with for sometimes over 20 women in a small space is remarkable. Their workouts are completely original, so much fun, and I always leave them happy and sweaty! I use their Fresh Fitness app a lot, especially when I travel, and it is truly one of a kind! The app workouts are super easy to follow with their awesome demos and they post a variety of workouts so you can target whatever area you want. Throughout the last 2.5 years, Jourdan has become one of my closest friends and I cannot imagine my life without her.
