HOW TO USE THE APP AND ACCESS YOUR CUSTOM PLANS

STEP 1: PURCHASE YOUR PLAN ON OUR WEBSITE AND DOWNLOAD THE FRESH FITNESS APP ON YOUR PHONE 
The first step is to purchase your plan from THIS WEBSITE - CLICK HERE FOR TRAINING PLAN OPTIONS . We do not go through the app store to charge out plans. After you purchase your plan, download the FREE Fresh Fitness App onto your phone. For your convenience we have provided a link for both Apple and Google Play stores on our ​​ HOME PAGE,​ Once you have downloaded the app you are ready to start receving your premium workouts. 
STEP 2: GET FAMILIAR WITH ALL OF THE FEATURES
The diagram to the right shows all of the features of the app. If you purchased a 30 Day Program OR a Custom Fitness Program, your workouts will be in the "Premier Workout" section. You also have access to 2 Free workouts a day under the "Workouts" section. If you are a client of ours or doing a program with us, you can find your workouts under "Challenges". 
STEP 3: UNDERSTAND HOW TO READ THE WORKOUTS ONCE YOU CLICK ON "PREMIUM WORKOUTS"
You will be receiving either (2), (4), or (6) workouts per week if you purchased a home or gym 30 day plan. If you purchased a custom plan, the amount of workouts you receive weekly may be different depending on your goals. If you purchased the 30 Day plan, the workouts will change weekly. You are able to save the workout for a later time by saving the PDF file attached (see Step 4 and 5) however the demonstrations will no longer be available after the week is over. This is to motivate you to get the workouts done and keep you accountable! You will see the workout instructions listed on the workout link. Read these before clicking on the link so you understand how to perform the movements. 
STEP 4: WORKOUT DEMONSTRATIONS
Once you click on a workout for the day, you will find all of the exercise demonstrations listed and demonstrated. If you have a low wifi signal the demos can sometimes take a second to animate, however all of them are videos and easy to understand. The reps and suggested weights are listed next to the movements however if you forget the sets you can either go back to the previous screen OR you can click on the orange circular icon to bring up the hard copy PDF file. This is the file you can also save for future use if you want to repeat the workout again after it expires. 
STEP 5: ACCESSING YOUR PDF FILE  
You can access the hard copy PDF file by clicking on the workout and then clicking on the orange circle in the right hand corner (see photo above). The photo to the left shows what the PDF file resembles depending on your plan. For this example of the home plan, the PDF file will always show the equipment recommended for the workout AND the hard copy that you can save to your phone for future use (click the download button on the top right corner to save). This is a super cool feature of the app! 
STEP 6: TAKE PROGRESS PHOTOS!!!

Progress photos are an amazing way to see small AND large changes that take place that you may not see when you see yourself everyday. Send us these photos if you feel comfortable doing so and we can celebrate with you!
